Inkworks announces the introduction of the most “Simpsational” collection of trading cards ever produced featuring Bart, Homer, Marge and the rest of the Simpsons gang.  This card set features all new, all original art. 

The 72-card base set is loaded with cool interactive subsets including: 

• TREEHOUSE OF HORROR CARDS, which feature a black light image on the back of each card.

• BART GALLERY CARDS - artistic interpretations of Simpsons characters from some of today’s leading artists:  Robbie Conal, Dan Brereton, Chris Yambar, Sergio Aragones, Peter Kuper, Craig Bartlett, Bill Morrison, and Tony Bennett.

• PACKY WACK CARDS, which are a spoof on the classic Wacky Pack Cards.

• CHARACTER CARDS – all of the favorite Simpsons characters on the fronts that, when combined and flipped through, create an animated image of Maggie. 

Collectors will also be scrambling to find several levels of specially created, randomly inserted, bonus cards including:

• SIMPSADELIC BLACKLIGHT CARDS – Cool black light cards (Nine cards – Appx. odds 1:11 packs).

• FOLD 'EM CARDS - Nine cards that have interchangeable tops and bottoms for interactive fun (Nine cards – Appx. odds 1:17 packs).  

• SKETCH CARD ARTISTS - Nine artists from across the country offer their original interpretations of their favorite Simpsons characters.  Each card is personally hand drawn and is individually numbered.  (Nine artists, each has drawn multiple images – Appx. odds 1:144 packs). These creative cards need an equally creative way to display and store them, so Inkworks has also produced a new Simpsons Collector Album featuring Homer Simpson as a unique die cut image on the front of the album.

SimpsonsMania! packs contain seven collector cards and have a suggested retail price of $1.99 each.  Display boxes contain 36 packs. Inkworks guarantees that each sealed display box will contain at least one complete, defect-free base set and will gladly replace any damaged cards or replace any cards missing from the base set.
